Many congratulations to Burton and South Derbyshire College (BSDC) which has been rated ‘Outstanding’ as a result of its recent Ofsted inspection.
This is an incredible achievement but fully deserved in recognition of the amazing work Chief Executive, Dawn Ward CBE DL, her staff team and the students put in to making BSDC the place that it is. Whenever I visit the college, I am always left impressed with the dedication of its staff and the determination of its students to succeed.
BSDC plays a central role to the levelling up agenda in Burton and providing the skills our young people need for the future and to succeed in life. This Outstanding result highlights the success with which they are working with local industries to deliver for local young people and the future of East Staffordshire! Well done to all at BSDC!
